Shipping policy

This shop is operated by The HopeFULL Institute. Orders are packed and dispatched by Freedom House Publishing.

How we ship

Physical orders are sent via Australia Post. Digital products aren't shipped. They're emailed to you once your payment is confirmed.

Dispatch and delivery

We pack and send orders once a week. Allow up to 7 business days for dispatch, then standard Australia Post delivery time on top of that. Most Australian metropolitan orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days of dispatch. Regional, remote and international orders take longer.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Tracking and lost parcels

Where tracking is available we'll email you the number when your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email hello@thehopefullinstitute.com with your order number and we'll chase it with Australia Post.

We can't be held responsible for delays inside the Australia Post network, or for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Please check your delivery address before you complete your order.
