Terms of service

This shop is operated by The HopeFULL Institute. Orders are processed and fulfilled by Freedom House Publishing, the merchant of record. Freedom House Publishing is the name that appears on your receipt and on your bank or card statement.

Your order

After you order online you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details, provided you've given us an email address. We normally confirm receipt within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your junk folder before you contact us.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never store your full card details.

Delivery

Physical orders are packed and sent via Australia Post. Digital products are delivered by email once your payment is confirmed. See our shipping policy for timing.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any taxes that apply are calculated at checkout. We can change prices and product availability at any time. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
